Easy Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe

• 3 egg yolks
• 2 c. fresh strawberries, mashed
• 1 (14 ounce.) can condensed lowfat milk
• 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• Red food coloring (optional)
• 2 c. whipping cream

1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except whipped cream, beat well.
2. Mix in whipped cream.
3. Pour into 9 x 5 inch loaf pan or possibly other 2 qt container.
4. Cover.
5. Freeze 6 hrs or possibly till hard.
6. NOTE: Use only grade A unmarked Large eggs.
