Kraft Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Kraft Golden Caesar Dressing, divided
- 1 romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
- 8 strips strips cooked, chopped, bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, cut in wedges
- 1/2 cup sliced olives
- 1/2 cup each: Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese Cheese and croutons
- MARINATE chicken in 1/2 cup (125 mL) dressing for 30 minutes.
- DISCARD dressing and drain chicken.
- GRILL chicken until done; brushing with additional dressing.
- LINE plates with lettuce; attractively arrange bacon, eggs and olives.
- TOP each plate with diagonally sliced chicken.
- SPRINKLE with cheese and croutons; drizzle with remaining dressing.
