Tasty Pumpkin Soup

  1. Melt butter, Add onion and curry powder and fry for 2 minutes to cook curry.
  2. Add pumpkin to onion mix and stir till coated thoroughly with onion mix.
  3. Cook stirring every few minutes for 15 minutes.
  4. Add stock to pumpkin and bring to boil then simmer gently for 20 minutes.
  5. Puree soup in blender.
  6. Once all the soup is blended return to pot add cream and seasonings to taste and stir.
  7. Enjoy!
