Hummus
- 1 gal. Yellow onions, finely chopped
- 5 Tbsp. oil
- 1-1/4 gal. Canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained, rinsed
- 1-1/4 qt. Canned whole kernel corn, drained
- 10 Tbsp. garlic, minced
- 10 Tbsp. KRAFT Light Classic Caesar Reduced Fat Dressing
- Saute onions in hot oil until tender.
- Place onions and all remaining ingredients in food processor container; cover.
- Process until well blended.
- Place in large bowl; cover.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.
