Thai-Citrus Pasta Salad

  1. Vinaigrette: Stir juice concentrate, lime juice, oil, honey and soy sauce in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
  2. Add peanut butter; mix well.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients; set aside.
  4. Pasta: Cook pasta as directed on package; drain.
  5. Rinse and drain again.
  6. Place in large bowl.
  7. Add vegetables; mix lightly.
  8. Add Vinaigrette; toss to coat.
  9. Sprinkle with peanuts.
