Get Gorgeous Grapefruit Granita

• 3 cups water
• 1 12 cups sugar
• 3 grapefruits

1. Boil the 3 cups water and 1 1/2 cups sugar together.
2. Reduce heat; cook 7 minutes.
3. Cool.
4. Over bowl, segment 3 grapefruits.
5. Puree fruit and juice; stir in syrup.
6. Freeze in a pan till frozen, about 2 hours.
7. Pulse in a food processor and serve.
8. Enjoy!
