Biscuit & Baking Mix Recipe
- 8 3/4 c. flour
- 1/3 c. baking pwdr
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 2 c. vegetable shortening
- Sift flour, baking pwdr, sugar and salt.
- Cut in shortening, 1 c. at a time till mix looks like coarse meal.
- Put in covered container or possibly plastic bag.
- Can be stored at room temperature for 3 months or possibly longer in the freezer.
