Shrimp Cocktail Crescent Snacks
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 3 1/2 oz. shrimp, rinsed and drained
- 8 oz. Pillsbury refrigerator quick crescent rolls
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- sesame seed
- Heat oven to 375u0b0.
- In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of margarine, horseradish, catsup, lemon juice and shrimp.
- Mix well. Separate rolls into 8 triangles.
- Cut each in half to make 16 triangles.
- Place a rounded teaspoonful of the shrimp mixture on the center of each triangle.
- Fold short ends of each triangle over filling.
- Fold long end over all.
- Brush each with margarine. Sprinkle with cheese and sesame seed.
- Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
