Spicy Enchiladas

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Brown the ground meat; boil the chicken with onion and pepper.
  3. Drain excess grease from ground meat and water from chicken.
  4. Add hot links; mix well.
  5. Heat enchilada sauce and refried beans.
  6. Dip tortilla in sauce; spread refried beans on tortilla.
  7. Add meat; sprinkle small amount of cheese and fold with seams side down.
  8. Add remaining cheese on top and pour remaining sauce over top.
  9. Bake until cheese melts.
  10. If desired, sprinkle chopped olives, sour cream and guacamole (spicy or mild).
  11. Bake at 350u0b0.
