Overstuffed Mushrooms T-R-L

  1. Wipe with damp cloth or paper towel.
  2. Remove stems(use the stems in soups, stews, etc.
  3. ); set caps aside.
  4. In a medium bowl mix cream cheese, ham, olives, mustard, onion powder, turmeric and black pepper.
  5. Spoon or pipe into mushroom caps.
  6. Garnish with pimento and serve.
  7. Refrigerate leftovers.
