Caesar-Spinach Dip

• 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
• 1/3 cup KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing
• 1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
• 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
• 1/3 cup chopped red peppers

1. Mix sour cream and dressing in medium bowl.
2. Reserve 1 tsp.
3. cheese.
4. Add remaining cheese to sour cream mixture with spinach and peppers; mix well.
5. Top with reserved cheese.
