Momma's Scalloped Onions

  1. Slice onions thin and place layers in a 2 quart buttered casserole dish, putting a sprinkle of salt & pepper between each layer.
  2. Pour both cans of cheese soup over top, undiluted.
  3. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hrs or until onions are soft.
