Sausage And Bean Chowder Recipe

  1. Cook sausage; drain.
  2. In large kettle, combine tomatoes, beans, water, onion, bay leaf, and seasonings.
  3. Add in sausage and simmer, covered, for 1 hour.
  4. Add in potatoes and green pepper.
  5. Cook, covered, 15 to 20 min or possibly till potatoes are tender.
  6. Remove bay leaf.
  7. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
