Tortellini kielbasa soup

  1. Heat olive oil in large soup pot on medium heat.
  2. Thinly slice the kielbasa and add to pot.
  3. Cook for about 5 minutes and add the onion, garlic, and spices.
  4. Cook until the onions are translucent.
  5. Add broth and tomatoes and bring to a boil.
  6. Once it boils turn heat down to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Add the tortellini and cook until tender.
  8. Add the chopped kale and spinach and remove from heat after a couple minutes.
  9. Serve with parmesan cheese and a nice, crusty loaf of bread.
  10. Enjoy!
