Melon Bubbles

  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in club soda.
  4. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).
  5. Add melon balls to gelatin; stir.
  6. Spoon into eight champagne glasses or dessert dishes.
  7. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  8. Top with dollops of the whipped topping just before serving.
  9. Store any leftover desserts in refrigerator.
