Beef Stroganoff with Mushrooms and Peppers
- 4 tsp. oil, divided
- 1 lb. (450 g) beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips

- 1/2 lb. (225 g) cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 green pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1/3 cup 25%-less-sodium beef broth
- 1/2 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- Heat 2 tsp.
- oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add meat; cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until evenly browned, stirring frequently.
- Remove meat from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Add remaining oil and onions to skillet; cook on medium heat 3 min.
- or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in mushrooms and peppers; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.
- Stir in broth; bring to boil.
- Add cream cheese product and mustard; cook and stir on medium heat 1 to 2 min.
- or until cream cheese is melted.
- Stir in meat; cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until heated through.
