Chicken 'N Wine Roll Ups Recipe
- 3 lbs. boneless chicken
- 1/4 pound Swiss cheese
- 1/4 pound boiled ham
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lb.
- chicken into cutlets.
- Put one slice of cheese and one slice of ham on chicken.
- Roll up and secure with toothpick.
- Put chicken roll ups in casserole dish.
- Combine soup and wine in pan and hot slightly.
- Pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
