Broiled Steak and Asparagus
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 2 tsp. A.1. Original Sauce
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 4 small beef tenderloin steaks (1 lb.), 1 inch thick
- 1 lb. fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
- 1/4 cup water
- Mix dressing, mustard and A.1.
- in shallow glass dish.
- Add steak; turn to evenly coat both sides.
- Refrigerate 15 min.
- to marinate, turning occasionally.
- Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
- Place steak on rack of broiler pan.
- Broil, 6 inches from heat, 4 min.
- on each side or to medium doneness (160 degrees F).
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Let stand 5 min., loosely covered with foil.
- Meanwhile, place asparagus in microwaveable dish.
- Add water.
- Microwave on HIGH 4 to 5 min.
- or until asparagus is crisp-tender; drain.
- Serve asparagus with steak.
