Spicy Ribs with Ginger
- 3 lb. pork back ribs
- 1 Tbsp. A.1. Dry Rub Sweet Mesquite BBQ
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- 2 tsp. grated gingerroot
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Rub ribs with Dry Rub.
- Place in center of large sheet of heavy-duty foil; bring up long sides of foil.
- Double-fold both short ends of foil to seal, leaving opening at top.
- Add water through opening; fold top to seal.
- Place on rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 45 min.
- to 1 hour or until ribs are tender.
- Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients.
- Cut ribs apart; place on baking sheet.
- Brush with sauce mixture from foil packet.
- Return to oven.
- Bake 15 min.
