Spicy Ribs with Ginger

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Rub ribs with Dry Rub.
  3. Place in center of large sheet of heavy-duty foil; bring up long sides of foil.
  4. Double-fold both short ends of foil to seal, leaving opening at top.
  5. Add water through opening; fold top to seal.
  6. Place on rimmed baking sheet.
  7. Bake 45 min.
  8. to 1 hour or until ribs are tender.
  9. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients.
  10. Cut ribs apart; place on baking sheet.
  11. Brush with sauce mixture from foil packet.
  12. Return to oven.
  13. Bake 15 min.
