Crispy Shrimp & Vegetable Fritters

  1. Prepare the shrimp and cut in half.
  2. Skin the squid and cut into 3 cm pieces.
  3. Cut the leeks into 1 cm pieces and the mitsuba into 3 cm pieces.
  4. Coat the squid and shrimp with flour.
  5. Put the ingredients into a bowl to make the coating.
  6. Divide the squid and shrimp into 4 portions, place each portion on a separate plate, and cover with the coating.
  7. Deep-fry in 170C oil until golden brown.
