- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Cilantro, Or To Taste
- Cut avocados in half, remove seed and scoop out flesh, discarding skins.
- In a medium size bowl, mash the avocado to your liking.
- We love chunky!
- Grate lime zest into the mashed avocado.
- Squeeze lime and mix the juice in.
- Dice the tomato after cleaning out the seeds, leaving only the flesh.
- Add to the bowl along with finely diced onion and the minced garlic.
- Stir in.
- Add the Tabasco and salt to taste.
- We also love cilantro, so chop to your taste and mix in.
- I usually put in at least 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro.
- Cover with plastic wrap and press it down onto the guacamole till it touches the surface.
- This keeps it from turning brown, but this is meant to be eaten right away.
- Put in the fridge and let flavors mingle for approximately 1 hour.
- So good!
- Serve with nachos or tortillas.
