Asian Inspired Edamame Hummus

  1. Add everything except for the olive oil to a food processor.
  2. Process for 2-3 minutes, until well blended.
  3. Keep the food processor running and slowly pour in the olive oil, adding more if needed.
  4. At this point, taste the hummus.
  5. You can add more lime juice, Thai basil, or garlic if desired.
  6. Season with salt to taste!
  7. Serve with pita chips and cut up vegetables.
