Asian Inspired Edamame Hummus
- 1- 1/2 cup Frozen Edamame, Shelled And Thawed
- 1/4 cups Water
- 1 teaspoon Lime Zest, Finely Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
- 2 Tablespoons Tahini
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Thai Basil
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, Or More As Needed
- Add everything except for the olive oil to a food processor.
- Process for 2-3 minutes, until well blended.
- Keep the food processor running and slowly pour in the olive oil, adding more if needed.
- At this point, taste the hummus.
- You can add more lime juice, Thai basil, or garlic if desired.
- Season with salt to taste!
- Serve with pita chips and cut up vegetables.
