• 1 1/2 cups flour, all-purpose split
• 1/2 cup bread flour
• 2 tablespoons cracked wheat cereal
• 2 tablespoons wheat germ
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
• 1 tablespoon milk, skim, (non fat) powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 78 cups water

1. Place ingredients in bread machine and press "Start".
