Handy Freezable White Sauce

  1. Make the white sauce.
  2. Refer to.
  3. When the sauce has cooled down, pour it into a container and put it in the fridge.
  4. When it has hardened, cut it into four pieces and wrap.
  5. Put the pieces in a Ziploc freezer bag, and remove the air before sealing.
  6. Place the bag on a tray and put it in the freezer.
  7. Let it defrost naturally or in the microwave when you want to use it.
