Cheesy Chicken and Biscuits
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken King Sooper's 1 lb For $1.19 thru 02/09
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas), thawed
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1-3/4 cups baking mix
- 4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Combine chicken, vegetables and VELVEETA in large bowl.
- Mix soup and sour cream until blended.
- Add to chicken mixture; mix lightly.
- Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Add milk to baking mix; stir to form soft dough.
- Add bacon; mix well.
- Drop into 8 mounds over chicken mixture.
- Bake 23 to 25 min.
- or until chicken mixture is hot and bubbly, and biscuit topping is golden brown.
