Fast Ham Rice

  1. Heat oil in large skillet.
  2. Add ham and green onions, stir together and heat through.
  3. Add water to pan, and heat to boiling, then add bullion and stir.
  4. Return to boil, then add rice, stir well.
  5. Cover and remove from heat, let sit for 5 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste and fluff with fork.
