Fast Ham Rice
- 2 cups diced turkey ham
- 3 to 4 Green Onions, chopped
- 2 cups 5 minute rice
- 2 cups water
- 2 tsp. beef bouillon
- 2 tsp. chicken bouillon
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp. peanut oil
- Heat oil in large skillet.
- Add ham and green onions, stir together and heat through.
- Add water to pan, and heat to boiling, then add bullion and stir.
- Return to boil, then add rice, stir well.
- Cover and remove from heat, let sit for 5 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste and fluff with fork.
