Strawberry Tabouleh
- 1/2 cups Cooked Bulgur Wheat
- 1/4 cups Fresh Parsley, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Mint, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Orange Bell Pepper, Finely Chopped
- 1 cup Strawberries, Sliced
- 1/4 cups Walnuts, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3/4 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoons Honey
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper
- Combine bulgur, herbs, bell pepper, strawberries and walnuts in a small bowl and toss together.
- In another small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients to make dressing.
- Pour dressing over tabouleh and toss together.
- Either serve immediately or chill for later.
- Flavors develop the longer it sits.
