Dad's Sausage Stuffing

  1. Cook stuffing according to directions, using broth in lieu of water.
  2. Remove to a bowl when finished.
  3. While stuffing is cooking, scramble fry sausage and remove into bowl.
  4. Using as meat grinder, combine stuffing, sausage, celery and onion.
  5. Send through a second time.
  6. Place in turkey if desired.
  7. Cook stuffing at 350F for about 30 minutes uncovered for crispy stuffing, covered for moist stuffing.
