NY Steak & Egg Bagelwich
- 1-1/2 cups PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese Spread, Soft
- 24 each onion bagels, split, toasted
- 1-1/2 qt. eggs, scrambled
- 96 slices beef prime rib roast, cooked, sliced, warmed
- 1-1/2 cups A.1. Original Sauce
- Spread 1 Tbsp.
- cream cheese spread onto bottom half of bagel; top with 1/4 cup eggs, 4 meat slices (2 oz.)
- and 1 Tbsp.
- steak sauce.
- Cover with top half of bagel.
- Serve warm.
