Berry-Citrus Squares

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix pretzels, butter and sugar in 13x9-inch baking pan.
  3. Press firmly onto bottom of pan.
  4. Bake 10 min.
  5. Cool.
  6. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min.
  7. until completely dissolved.
  8. Add cold water and lime zest; stir.
  9. Gradually add ice cream, stirring with wire whisk until ice cream is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  10. Spoon over crust.
  11. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  12. Spread whipped topping evenly over top of dessert.
  13. Cut into 16 squares.
  14. Garnish as desired.
  15. Store leftover squares in refrigerator.
