Italian Cheese Spread

• 200 g gorgonzola
• 100 g ricotta cheese
• 50 g mascarpone
• 12 onion, chopped
• 50 g hazelnuts, chopped (optional)

1. Mix all ingredients together until you get a smooth mix.
2. Serve on toast or as a dip, at room temperature.
3. Enjoy.
