Heavenly Chocolate Upside Down Cake

  1. Grease and flour an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  2. Mix sugar, flour, baking bowder and salt together.
  3. Melt chocolate with butter.
  4. Stir with dry ingredients, along with milk and vanilla.
  5. Beat until smoot.
  6. Spoon batter into pan.
  7. For topping, combine sugar, brown sugar and cocoa.
  8. Sprinkle evenly over batter.
  9. Pour boiling water over the top.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
  11. Cool then invert chocolate cake onto a plate so the cake makes its own chocolate topping.
  12. Serve either warm or cold.
