Skillet Shrimp Casserole
- 12 white onion
- 14 bell pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- 2 -3 tablespoons butter or 2 -3 tablespoons bacon grease
- 2 -3 cups cooked rice
- Heat up the bacon grease or butter in your skillet.
- Finely chop onion, bell pepper, and garlic and saute in the skillet til softened.
- Add in the tomatoes do not drain and let heat up.
- Add in the shrimp and tabasco and let cook til the shrimp is done.
- Take up and serve with rice.
