Elegant Chicken Spaghetti

  1. Saute mushrooms in 3 tablespoons of butter for 5 minutes. Blend in flour and salt.
  2. Add stock and stir until thick.
  3. Add chicken.
  4. Cover and heat to steaming.
  5. Mix 2 tablespoons of butter with egg yolks, onion and lemon juices, paprika and pepper.
  6. Stir this mixture slowly into chicken and cook until thick.
  7. Add olives, pimentos and sherry.
  8. Serve over hot spaghetti and sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
  9. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
