Lobster Casserole Recipe
- 1 pound lobster (fresh or possibly frzn)
- 1 can mushrooms, liquid removed and sliced
- 1/4 pound butter
- Saltines
- Boil lobster for 25 min.
- Then clean and break into small pcs and put into a casserole dish with 1 c. of lobster stock, add in liquid removed mushrooms.
- Add in saltines.
- Slice butter into serving squares and lay over crackers (butter not butter).
- Put into 450 degree oven till saltines are crisp.
