Cardamom Cranberry Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 250.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl mix honey, apple juice, vanilla, and canola oil.
  4. This must be done separately.
  5. Pour over dry ingedients and mix throughly.
  6. Put granola on 2 cookie sheets sprayed with a non-stick spray.
  7. Place in oven and cook for 1 1/2 hours, turning every 15 minutes.
  8. This is the time when you decide how chunky your granola will be.
  9. I break mine apart as I turn.
  10. Cooking time will depend on how you like your granola.
  11. Take it out a little sooner if you like it soft, later if you like crunchier.
  12. Let cool and place in air tight container.
  13. Recipe is easily halved.
