Broccoli Chicken Casserole
- 1 - 1 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chick breasts (cooked and cut into bite size pieces)
- 16 oz. frozen broccoli cuts (cooked partially and drained)
- 1 box Stove top Dressing Mix (prepare as directed)
- 1 can cream of chicken or cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 - 1 1/2 c. shredded monterey jack cheese
- Cook chicken in liquid until done.
- Cut into bite size pieces and put in bottom of 9x13 greased pan.
- Cook broccoli (partially), drain and put on top of chicken pieces.
- Combine soups and milk, heat and pour over chicken and broccoli mix.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Prepare Stove Top Stuffing Mix and spread over top of casserole.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350u0b0 or until top is crunchy.
