Italian Marinated Pork Chops
- 2 pork chops
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Mix vinegar and spices together in a bowl.
- Set aside.
- Place pork chops in a plastic container.
- Pour marinade over pork chops.
- Place top on plastic container and shake until pork chops are covered in marinade.
- Marinate pork chops in refrigerator for at least one hour.
- Heat oil in frying pan.
- Cook pork chops on both sides over medium high heat.
- Cook until no longer pink inside.
- Ready to serve!
