- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 2 lb. crumbled ground beef
- 2 cans undiluted cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 can bean sprouts (with liquid; I use a large can of Chinese vegetables)

- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pkg. frozen English peas, thawed enough to separate
- 1 can chow mein noodles
- Put the oil in a big skillet.

- Pour into a big casserole dish and bake it, covered, for 30 minutes at 350u0b0.
- Add the peas.
- Stir them in and top it all with the noodles. Bake it, uncovered, for another 30 minutes at the same temperature.
