Fruit & Nut Chocolate Bark

  1. Cover baking pan with parchment or waxed paper.
  2. Microwave chocolate in microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 3-1/2 to 4 min.
  3. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring every 2 min.
  4. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  5. Pour onto prepared baking pan; spread to form even layer.
  6. Sprinkle with trail mix and ginger.
  7. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
  8. Break into pieces.
