Scallops with Garlic Chives

  1. Cut the scallops & chives and mix the sauce before you do anything else.
  2. You must not overcook this dish.
  3. Heat a wok and add the oil.
  4. Chook the garlic and ginger for just a moment and then add the scallops.
  5. Cook for 2 minutes or so and add the chives.
  6. Stir the sauce and then add it to the wok.
  7. Stir-fry until all is thick and hot.
