Rice, Ham & Pineapple Toss
- 1 pkg (175 g) Smoked Cooked ham, thinly sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup Kraft Creamy Cucumber Dressing, divided
- 1 can (14 oz/398 mL) pineapple chunks with juice
- 3/4 cup water
- 1-1/2 cups instant white rice
- STIR-FRY ham, onion and broccoli in 2 Tbsp (30 mL) dressing for 2 to 3 minutes.
- STIR in remaining dressing, pineapple chunks with juice, water and rice.
- COVER and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Let stand for 5 minutes.
