Rice, Ham & Pineapple Toss

  1. STIR-FRY ham, onion and broccoli in 2 Tbsp (30 mL) dressing for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. STIR in remaining dressing, pineapple chunks with juice, water and rice.
  3. COVER and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Let stand for 5 minutes.
