Caramelised Onion and Philly Pizzas
- 250g tub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 2 teaspoons chopped thyme
- rind and juice of 1 lemon
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 x 20 cm pizza bases
- 3 red onions, finely sliced
- 2 parsnips, peeled into long ribbons
- 1/4 cup (50g) Kalamata olives, pitted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- Combine Philly*, thyme, lemon juice, rind, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
- Spread 2/3 of the mixture onto the pizza bases.
- Top with onion, parsnip, and olives.
- Sprinkle with sugar and dot with remaining 1/3 of the mixture.
- Bake at 200C for 20 minutes or until pizza is crisp and topping is golden.
- Slice and serve hot.
