Barbecue Popcorn Mix Recipe

• 2 teaspoon onion pwdr
• 1 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
• 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
• 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
• 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika
• 1/4 teaspoon salt, or possibly to taste
• 18 c. popped corn
• Optional: 3 c. fish shaped cheese crackers
• 1/4 c. butter, melted

1. Mix onion pwdr, chili pwdr (use less if you do not like it strong), lemon pepper (I never have this one), garlic pwdr, dry mustard, paprika and salt in small bowl.
2. Put popcorn and crackers in a large bowl.
3. Pour butter in, tossing to coat proportionately.
4. Sprinkle with spice mix, mix well.
5. Spice mix keeps well in a small jar.
6. Make double and keep on hand.
