Chocolate Lover'S Chocolate Cake
- 1 pkg. dark chocolate cake mix
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/3 c. golden brown sugar, packed
- 1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces, melted
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 1/2 c. (3 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 1/2 c. warm water
- Combine all ingredients, except 1/2 cup chocolate pieces in mixing bowl; mix until well blended (about 4 minutes at medium speed).
- Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate pieces.
- Spoon batter into greased and floured 12 cup Bundt pan or 10-inch tube pan.
- Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 1 hour or until cake tests done.
- (Note: If Bundt pan is porcelain coated and Teflon lined, reduce temperature to 325u0b0.)
- Cool 10 minutes before removing to rack to cool completely.
- Serves 12 to 16.
