Hawaiian Crab Salad
- 1/2 lb Crab meat (finely chopped)
- 1 can Crushed Pineapple (8 ounces, drained)
- 1 stick Celery (finally diced)
- 1/4 cup Onions (finely diced)
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Creme de coco
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- Mix Dressing ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Add in remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerate about 1 hour before serving.
- Before serving stir crab salad well and transfer to a serving bowl.
- Serve with your favorite crackers.
