Quick Corn Fritters

  1. Combine dry ingredients (cornmeal, flour, baking powder and seasoning) in a bowl
  2. Whisk in the water or milk.
  3. Then add corn
  4. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
  5. When the oil gets hot, drop a tablespoon worth of mixture into the pan (if you add more than that, the fritter will break) and flatten it.
  6. It should sizzle
  7. Fry each side for 3-5 min.
  8. Serve warm with some chili sauce.
  9. Enjoy!
