Shrikand

  1. Put the hung curd in a bowl.
  2. Add cold cream and mix really well.
  3. Add sugar-water syrup which should be of single-thread consistency.
  4. Add powdered green cardamom and saffron dissolved in water.
  5. Put in a serving bowl.
  6. Garnish with edible silver foil, raisins, few threads of saffron and pistachios.
  7. Serve chilled.
