Chicken Cacciatore(4 Servings)

  1. Flour chicken pieces.
  2. Heat frypan to 340u0b0.
  3. Add chicken and lightly brown.
  4. Remove chicken.
  5. Add onion, green pepper and garlic.
  6. Cook about 3 minutes.
  7. Add chicken and all ingredients except parsley.
  8. Cover.
  9. Reduce heat to simmer and cook 30 minutes until chicken is tender.
  10. Turn chicken occasionally and add parsley and serve.
  11. Yields 4 servings.
