Herbed Potato Salad

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, drain, and cool.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, spring onions, capers and herbs.
  3. Toss potatoes and mayonnaise together, scatter over capsicum and serve.
